Our Policies

Submitting a reservation request does not mean that your reservation has been confirmed. Your reservation will be confirmed with an email. Your reservation will be confirmed after you paid the booking fee of £5 per person.

Our colleagues will contact you about payment, or you can contact us beforehand if you would like to.

The booking fee will be paid back or deducted from your bill after your meal. Otherwise, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Deposits won’t be refunded if you cancel less than 24 hours before the booking time.

Yaprak Eastcote may cancel your reservation with prior notice.

Our kitchen closes at 9:30 pm on Monday-Saturday, and on Sunday at 9.00 pm.  Your order must be received ten minutes before closing time.

Please speak to a staff member if you have any food allergies/intolerances. Full allergen information is available for all our dishes.

We don’t do Bottomless Afternoon and lunch offers during December and on Valentine’s Day.

It is not permitted to bring any food or drinks from outside.

For any booking for 8 or more 8 people, only our set menu is applied. 

Yaprak Eastcote operates a strictly NO DRUGS policy, NO SMOKING in the restaurant (This includes the use of e-cigarettes)

We are very busy, especially on Friday and Saturday. If you have a reservation at 18:30, we need to take your table no later than 20:20.

Yaprak Eastcote does not accept liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit at Yaprak Eastcote.

Dress Code; Smart casual wear is requested please, no flip flops, no tracksuits.

The service charge is 12.5% added to your bill.
